Thanks for reaching out! We have seen this Mepla hinge before. However, we have not been able to source an exact replacement for it. 

With that said, we carry a variety of corner cabinet hinges that may be worth considering. Start with our 32-344 Large Opening Angle Blum Cabinet Hinge and Plate Set, as well as our 32-346 Bi-Fold Cabinet Door Hinge Set.
