Milgard V250 Style Line Balancer

A quick learner from Dallas Texas says:
Milgard Style Line Single Hung window (36 wide x 60 tall) tilt-in lower sash. Balancer mechanism is twisted in frame and can't remove lower sash. Suspect balancer is damaged/twisted. Not sure what part(s) to replace and how to get window sash out

Jasmine from SWISCO responded:

Thanks for writing in! May I see a photo of the balance inside the window channel? The photo will help to determine the best way you can remove the balances from the window.

Also, there is a chance that we can supply you with a replacement for the balances you have but we'll need to see a photo of the existing undamaged, balance to identify the correct replacement. Unfortunately, I would not be able to identify it by the window brand and series.

Please let me know if you have any questions in the meantime.
