Thanks for reaching out. Based on your winged top and bottom attachments, I recommend either our S380-25 or our S385-25 with a 2340 stamp. To determine which, you'll need to confirm the measurement for the depth of your bottom shoe. If it does not match either of the measurements below, let me know.

Thanks for reaching out. This is an older top sash guide that has been discontinued and is no longer made anymore. Our 18-009 cab be used to replace it as long as you trim the top edge down so that the top sash guide remains flush with the sash. Take a look at the diagram below and see what you think.
