Thanks for posting! Your exact Bayform screen corner is no longer made and, unfortunately, there haven't been any direct replacements confirmed for this part. The closest match we have to your corner is the 95-218 Screen Corner Latch with Pull. 

We cannot guarantee that this will work as a suitable replacement but take a look over the dimensions and design. See if this is something that could potentially work for your repairs.
