Missing Pella sliding door parts

A quick learner from Algonquin, IL says:

We are missing this faceplate, both top and bottom, on one of our 2 Pella designer series sliding glass doors. In one of the photos the part is shown. It is shown as missing in the 2nd photo. Part measures approximately 2-1/4" x 1-1/2". Color was probably originally almond but was painted to match windows ordered at a later date with Putty frames.

Thanks for reaching out! Your door appears to use the 82-247 Pella Locking Mechanism. I'm sorry to say that we do not carry the compatible hardware for this lock. 

You may have some luck contacting Pella directly, or perhaps, a local Pella dealer but I cannot make any guarantees.

Our sincerest apologies that we cannot be of more help with this repair but please don't hesitate to reach out with any other hardware repair projects you might have.
