Mortise latch for early 70s built slider

A quick learner from Palm Springs, CA says:
I have 4 of these sliders in my house, and live in an HOA with 200 homes, each of which have 4 sliders.

This one has completely failed, so I'm desperate to find a replacement. One other door is "loose", so I expect to fail soon. They are now 50 years old.

If you can source this latch, I need 1 ASAP, but will require more soon. I suspect I could sell a ton more if my neighbors learn there's a reliable source!

Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we don't sell an exact match for this mortise lock. Our 82-225 is similar but I can't promise it will work for you. Have a look at the specifications for this part and see what you think.
