My window will not open

Your balance assembly resembles the 15-111 pivot shoe that is compatible with either the 1/2" thick Series 160 or 3/8" thick Series 165 coil springs. Measure and compare the dimensions to confirm a good fit!

If you need assistance with choosing the correct weighted springs, please provide the weight of the window sash to move forward.

For the tilt latches, take a look and compare the 26-243 and 26-244 latches.

Please confirm if the original spring is a 1/2" or 3/8" thick. From there I can determine the series of weighted combination needed to support the window sash. Thank you!

If you would like to stick with the double coil setup, for a 19.5 window, you can stack (1) S160-5 and (1) S160-4 on each side of the window using the 15-150D double coil support. 

You can also use (1) S160-10 coil on each side of the window using the 15-150S single support.
