WANTED TO SEE IF YOU CARRY THE BALANCE STRIP OR THE PART THAT FITS ON THE BOTTOM THAT FAIL. IF YOU HAVE A BALANCER THAT FITS OR HAVE ONE THAT IS MORE ROBUST, PLEASE LET ME KNOW. THESE WINDOWS WERE INSTALLED IN 2008. NAMI NEFC 100/200 (SERIES BMDH)

Hello,

It looks like you balances used a T-lock shoe with a groove in the stem like the 15-236. See the video below showing how to swap them out.

If you'd like to replace the balances entirely, we can supply them but it will need to be a custom order to have the 15-198 clip attached to the pulley cord. The replacement balances would also come with the standard 15-195 T-lock attached. If you'd like to go that route, we'll need to know the numbers stamped on your balance channels. We'll also need to confirm the number of balances that you need, with the minimum being two. Thank you!
