Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid I don't recognize this pivot shoe at first glance. Would it be possible to see photos of an undamaged version? I'd also like you to write out the thickness and width. That should help with our search.

Hi thanks for responding, the dimensions are 5/8" thick, by 1 7/8 by 1 1/4

The manufacturer of your old pivot shoe discontinued it so it's no longer available. However, they suggest the 15-047 as a replacement. Take a look and let us know if you have any questions.
