Need 2 sets of channel balances and 4 sash guides

A quick learner from Florida says:

CWS non-tilt windows.

Track is 1/2"

Shoes and tops have wings

Shoe is 1-3/32"

Metal channel is 30"

Stamp on channel is 94

Window weight is 28.4 lbs

I also need 4 plastic sash guides, as they were damaged when the balance failed. See pic #1.

Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out to us, Bobby! Before I make my recommendation for the balance, can you show us a photo of the inside of the metal channel where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism?

As for the top sash guide, our 18-009 comes to mind. Have a look and see how the specifications compare with yours.

Hi Emily!
Thanks for the prompt reply. Yes, the 18-009 sash guides are the right ones. I've attached the pic you requested. On all the channel balances I have, the pulley that attaches to the bottom of the spring failed as shown in the picture. I have other (larger) windows to do if this fixes the problem.
Have a great day!

Thanks for getting back to me, Bobby! Based on the information you've given, I recommend the S385-30 channel balance with the 2940 stamp option if your window has been working this whole time without issue. A pair of balances with the 2940 stamp can support a sash weighing 23 to 28 pounds.

However, we also have the 2950 stamp. A pair of balances with this stamp will support a sash weighing 28 to 32 pounds. The decision is ultimately up to you!

A quick learner from Florida says:
Thanks so much Emily! I placed the order for 2940's and sash guides.
Have a wonderful day!
