Need Righthand

We opened our window and tilted it forward so that I could clean, and the right hand tamp 'r' lol III And the pivot Siu shattered into 1 million pieces. I don't have a picture of the pieces outside of the window to send you. We looked online and we were able to find the black piece but are not sure which white piece piece we need. Can you provide part numbers for what you see in our picture?

We will most likely be trying to call you on Monday as well. Period it's Saturday now and I noticed that you have no weekend hours.

Hello there, I can help! The black piece looks like the 15-225 Tamp-R-Lok III. This component works with either the 15-210 or 15-231 Pivot Shoes. These shoes are very similar, except the 15-210 has a black brake that makes it a little thicker. See the images below. Compare both options with an undamaged shoe, if possible, to see which matches best. Also note that this system is non-handed, meaning there aren't different versions for the left or right side of the sash. Let me know if you have further questions.
