Need Window Rollers

A quick learner from USA says:

I ordered roller 87-226 slide window roller assemblies which fit but the wheels were too small. My wheel is 1/2" diameter but I cannot identify the part on your website so here are some pictures of what I have.

Hey there,

Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear that your purchase did not work out for you but I believe we do have a replacement that could work. Although, your window roller housing looks like it is installed in what appears to be a retainer of some kind. I believe this to be a separate piece and unfortunately, we would not be able to supply you with a replacement for it. Our rollers do not have this component.

With that in mind, start with taking a look over our 87-036. Remove your old roller from the retainer and see how well the dimensions compare.
