Hello, We'd be happy to help but we can't be sure of the correct replacement without seeing the original mortise lock. The assembly shown in your photo reminds me of the 82-218 or 82-223 at first glance but you would need to compare the specifications of both options to the door opening and installation holes. You also mentioned that the mortise lock is attached to another housing, which could be a faceplate. If so, feel free to get back to us with photos of the mortise cutout in the door to determine if one of our mortise options with a faceplate might be a better option. Also, keep in mind that these locks have a 45-degree keyway that accepts the thumb latch from the internal handle.
