Thanks for reaching out to us! Your channel balances appear to be a custom assembly with a 15-272 Sash Carrier Assembly attached to the bottom of it. I'll need to get an order link made up for you to make your purchase, but before we can move forward, I'll need to confirm a few details.

To start, can you confirm if your balance has a screw tab or a hook installed to the top of it. 

Please also confirm the exact number of balances you intend to purchase. There is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom order.
