Need a replacement part for a Great Lakes Window tilt window

A home owner from Scranton PA says:
My husband thinks this is called a pivot bar. The measurements are 3 3/4" x 1/4". The windows were made by a Great Lakes and installed in 1999. The bottom pane of the window will not move up and down and he believes the balance shoes do not work because the pice shown in the pictures is broken. We have found other pivot bars but none that match the dimensions Indic above.

Any help you can give us would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

The 8254 code on your original pivot bar cross-references to the 26-377, which does look like a promising replacement. With that being said, the dimensions differ from the ones you've provided. I would recommend carefully reviewing the specifications below to determine if this part would work for your repair. Thank you!
