Need correct Top Sash Guides, 10 pairs and some Channel Balance Springs

A home owner from Boynton Beach, Fl, says:
I have a 40 yo condo in Florida with single pane glass and alum. frames. I need to replace all the plastic top guides on 10 windows. Don't know make of windows.

Also will need a few Channel Balance Spring sets. They are marked as: 17B, 11A, 29B and 29C

Thank you for reaching out to us. Our 18-187 comes to mind. Take a look at the specifications and see if they match what you're looking for. 

As for the balance, I recommend either our Series 351 or Series 390 depending on the depth of the bottom fitting. You'll need to measure as shown below. Your stamps don't match up with any of our strength options so you may want to weigh the window sashes on a scale to confirm the proper option for your replacements.

My Top sach guides measure same as your #18-187. I'll order 10 pairs.
As for the balance springs, I'll have to take the window apart to measure and weigh, then get back to you. Plus a few more photos.

This indeed looks like either the Series 351 or Series 390 but I'm afraid I can't eyeball the depth of the shoe from photos. Measuring the depth as shown in the image above is the best way to determine the Series you'll need for your repair.
