Need custom balances

I need the series 770 balance with a 62-105 hook instead of that clip. I need 20 that are 27 inches long, stamp: 2630. The sash weighs about 45 pounds. About that.

Tim from our customer service team relayed that you mentioned the sash weighs 40 pounds. This will have to be a super custom order if the sash weighs that much. Since custom orders can't be returned for a refund, we'd like to be thorough and ask for some photos of your balance. Can you remove an undamaged one and show us? We'd also like to see the hook and other hardware that goes with the balance assembly.
