Need help identifying balance

A quick learner from Missouri says:
Hi I can't figure out what the new part is to order? I took of of the front window last year there is one for each side. The metal part is 27in long. There was a pulley in there with some string that broke originally, that's the reason I took out. Is there any way you can help me find the new parts so I can fix window.

Thank you

Hey there,

Thanks for reaching out! Your channel balance reminds me of our Series 795 Channel Balances. Since your channel measures 27", you'll need the S795-27This balance comes assembled with the 15-195 closed cam T-Lock shoe with a 1-1/4" width.

Regarding the stamp, I believe you may be able to use our 27G stamp option which is made to support a sash weighing 34 to 38lbs. Although, it would be a good idea to confirm the sash weight to be sure that the tension isn't too light or too strong to support the weight of the sash.

Before making your purchase, you'll need to confirm whether your balance has a hook or a screw tab installed to the top of it. If it does have a hook, there is a chance that the balance may work the way it is standardly assembled. Although, this would only be the case if the space at the top of the window where the hook installs is square in shape. If it isn't, this will need to be a custom assembly. Take a look at the video below for details.
