Need help ID'ing Window Channel Balance

Hello, please help identify the replacement part for my window channel balance. It is 26 inches long. Pictures attached.

Hello there. Confirm that you measured just the metal channel, and did not include the end attachments in the measurement. If so, then this is probably either an S380-26 or S385-26 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the measurement from heel to toe. See the diagram below. Compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best.

Looks like your old stamp reads "25 4," which typically matches up with our 2540 stamp option. You can verify this by weighing your sash and reviewing the weight chart we show on each balance's respective store page.
