Thanks for posting. I believe the casement operator is an older version of either the 39-035 or its opposite-handed counterpart, the 39-036 type. Please compare the diagrams below with your original operator and let me know if anything differs. For a new cover and handle, see the 39-114L and 39-107. For new stud brackets, see the 39-524.
