Thanks for reaching out to us! Your coil balance assembly looks a lot like our Series 140 Quick-Tilt balances. Since yours are stamped with a 4L and 4R, I believe you'll need the S140-4. To confirm that this is the right fit for window, carefully review the dimensions below.
