Need replacement handle set for sliding glass door

A quick learner from Boise, Idaho says:
This is the handle set on a sliding glass door in a 1970s era mobile home. The latch on the inside operates two latches that engage with the frame of the door. There are no holes. The outside is keyed, but this is not mandatory. What might you have that would be a replacement for this?

Hello! This handle set looks like it could be a very old version of our 82-063. I think this may be just what you want, but look it over and let me know what you think.

The keyed exterior pull is unfortunately discontinued and not something we sell anymore, but you said it was optional. All the same, I think you should be able to re-use your old handle as long as it's still in working condition.
