Your operator resembles the EntryGard 39-032 but you will need to confirm that the shorter link arm of your assembly matches the 4-7/16" measurement below. If it does, you should be good to go. See the 39-031 for the opposite-handed version. Please note that both operators are compatible with the 39-107FK handle and cover kit. Thanks for posting!
