A quick learner from Dorr, Michigan says:
I'm looking for parts to repair my Norandex windows.
Single hung aluminum installed 1989.
I need clips as pictured (12 pair),
Also need some balance springs:
One pair 23" long. One pair 26" long. And two pair 29".
Can help me with that?

Hello there!

Our 26-261 looks similar. Have a look at the specifications and see if they match up to your old latch.

We're happy to help with the balances but we'll need more information. Can you remove an undamaged assembly and show us some photos?

That latch might work..
As for the balance rods I attached pictures of the ends of one of them . The sash weighs about 17 pounds

Thank you,

Your window uses tilt spiral balances. You could either have the Series 900 with a 3/8" diameter tube or the Series 600 with a 5/8" diameter tube. To confirm, measure the diameter of the original tube to confirm the best fit.

From there match up the length and series to go to the product page. Review the strength chart on the product page to choose the correct colored tip option to support the window sash based on the 17 pounds.

Please review and let us know if you have any additional questions!
