We do not carry an exact replacement for your handle set but the 82-030 could work for you as long as the 3-15/16" hole spacing matches up to your assembly. We also offer the 82-030A centered and 82-030B offset keyed handle sets depending on the position of the thumb latch on your inside handle. Take a look and let us know if you need anything else.
