P78 12#27 1-86 Andersen Balance

I am looking to replace the balances in an Andersen window. The balances on both sides of the window are stamped 11600-17 and also P78 12#27 1-86. Which balances do I need?

Hey there, thanks for reaching out. Your Andersen Sash Balance balance appears to be our 24-1231. Given the 12#27 stamp on the metal, I am confident this is the replacement you'll need. This balance can be used to replace balances stamped with a 1226, 1227, and 1231.
