Thanks for reaching out to us. This balance looks like a match for the Series 395. However, it looks like the metal channel is stamped 29 4. That means the metal channel should measure 30" long, not 36". Can you confirm that for us? 

See the S395-36 with the 3530 stamp option. A pair of balances with this stamp will support a sash weighing 18 to 23 pounds. 

However, note that our balance's metal channel width is 9/16" but is considered 1/2" in the trade.
