Part ID and Sash Question

A home owner says:
What part do I need to replace these balancers?

Also, I've noticed a large gap 3-5mm between the glass and the sash's metal housing. The screwdriver goes touches the back of the metal housing for the sash. Is it ok to fill this with silicon? Is there some recommendation for what to fill it with? Windows viewable area is 37"x26.5" double pane.

Thanks for posting. You have a Peachtree window. The balance is our S745-26. For a stamp option, choose 25.25-4. In regards to the gap, you can fill it in with silicone, but check your other sashes before doing this--I suspect you are missing a trim piece. Take a look, and let us know if you have further questions.
