Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S351-33 or S390-33, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.

You should also note that your stamp is not common for this configuration at all. There should be two digits before the 5. If the length of the metal channel is 33", then those digits should be "32."

Thank you! I took a picture of the stamp. Also took a picture of the bottom shoe width. Based on this it looks like S390 option. When I go to order it asks for an option number. Any idea what I'd select?

Thanks again!!

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Actually, I'm a little uncertain now. The depth of your shoe looks much larger than 1-1/8", looking to be almost 1-1/4". Can you verify? That's far larger than anything we sell.

We do sell the 15-003 shoe, which is 1-3/16" deep, but it's not available on any stock balance and must be a special order. But even that isn't quite as deep as yours appears to be. I would definitely triple check that measurement as precisely as you are able before you buy anything.
