A quick learner from 20165 says:
Single side non tilt balance, marked 2830. Unfortunately the foot part is broken so it's hard to match to the photos. It doesn't appear to have anything on the back side, but it's close to the s370 model.

1/2 wide, 29 inches long.

Thanks for posting. The top fitting of this balance certainly does resemble the 19-004, which is used on the Series 370, so that's possibly what you need; but without seeing a version of the damage with the foot actually intact I'm afraid there's no way to confirm this. The Series 371 and Series 372 use similar top fittings, for instance, but have different shoe attachments. See if the other balance from this window, or from an identical window in the house, has both fittings still intact. If you can produce this balance and send us photos, we should be able to verify what it is you need.
