How to replace my spiral wound window tube

A quick learner says:

Hi, I need to replace the spiral wound window white tube for my window. There isn't a color on the bottom of the tube, it is 17 7/8 in length, 3/8 in diameter. I also need two pivot bars 6247-26-366 to go with the same window.

Thanks for posting. Can you confirm that the diameter measured is for the outer tube only? If so, see our S900-18 spiral balance, this may be what you want.

I'm not sure about the pivot bar. Could you show me what you have?
