I wrote you a few days ago because I need the lock lever on a pella patio door.
The attached pics are of the broken lever that is missing the thumb portion.
I had purchased one from you but it is the wrong one.
Can you assist me in locating the correct par

Your thumb lever looks similar to our 82-240, but I'm not sure if it can work on your lock set. Can you give us some information on the door itself? If you know the series and date it was installed, that would be a big help. Some photos of the complete handle itself would also help us determine what may work.
