Thanks for writing in. For the sash lock, see our 90-005. Look at the pictures on the shop page, compare to your old lock, and let me know if this seems right. For the channel balance, I am confident we can help, but that stamp is not an identifier--it just tells us the balance's strength. You will need to remove it from the window and show us clear photos of the nylon attachments at both ends for us to identify it. The video below shows the removal and replacement process.
