Hello, We can't be sure with your hardware still installed but the 15-210 or 15-231 pivot shoe would be a good place to start. We've related a few videos on this page to help you through the removal process so that you can compare the specifications below to your part.

If you need the spiral balances as well, see the (3/8") S900 or (5/8") S600 depending on the diameter of your housing tube. If you need the pivot bars also, we would need to see yours removed from the sash to compare to our inventory. Thank you! |
