Patio door latch, lock and handle

A home owner from Ft Lauderdale FL says:

I am looking for a replacement for my patio door, preferably with a lock, key or latch, and a handle, either in White or chrome. Including the catch latch, which is attached to the frame of my sliding door. I've attached a photo which seems like it is chipped or broken. Here are some of the information on the inside of the locks.

Keep in mind that the placement and orientation of the locking hook are important factors, which we can not determine based on your photos. If you could show us additional photos of the locking hook and the front of your handles, that could help us narrow down your replacement options. You'll also need to review the dimensions shown on our product pages to determine how they compare to your assembly. 

I am also not familiar with the keeper shown in your photos. Would you be able to show us another photo of the part without the tape measure included? Also, please confirm if the handle set and keeper shown in your photos work together.
