Hello, Take a look at the S600 or S900 spiral balances depending on if your tube has a diameter of 5/8" or 3/8". As for your pivot shoe, we would need to see photos of yours fully removed from the window. I would also recommend double-checking the width and thickness since only part of the shoe is visible to be measured while it is still installed. If you need the pivot bars, we would need to see that part removed as well with written-out dimensions to compare to our inventory. Thank you so much for your quick response to my questions. I apologize for the delay, but, we were busy updated out bathroom and just completed everything. So, we finally were able to get back to fixing the windows. The Spiral Balance is 28" long and has a 5/8" diameter. The pivot shoes have a width of 1 3/16" and a thickness of 1/2". I am sending pics of both. We were planning to replace both Spiral Balances and both pivot shoes. Please let us know what parts we would need to order.

No problem. Based on your photos and dimensions, it sounds like you would need the S600-28 spiral balance with a red tip option. As for the pivot shoe, see the 15-046 below. Note that the width measures 1-1/4" but we do not have an alternative that measures 1-3/16" wide. Take a look and confirm that the specifications match up to yours.
