I have a window with the crank arm broken loose from the crank. It looks complicated to change out, but first can i purchase the parts needed?

Hey Steve. This looks like the Pella 39-096 Crank. The 39-097 is the opposite-handed version. Just review the dimensions below to ensure it matches up. I am afraid we don't carry the cover for this operator, just the crank handle (the 39-109B). So you will need to reuse your old covers if possible. Let me know if you have any questions.
