Thanks for posting! Your Pella Door Weatherstripping looks like it can be replaced with either the 58-181 Pella Push-in Bulb Weatherseal or the 58-173 Push-in Vinyl Bulb Weatherstrip. 

Carefully review and compare their dimensions and design to determine if either of these might work for you.
