Pivot Bar, 2311

A quick learner from Michigan says:

I have a pivot bar that has engraved numbers 2311. It has two holes in it and was apart of a Patriot Window that is no longer in business. Do you have a pivot bar that can replace this part? It's about 2.5 inches long before it snapped apart.
