Pivot Pin & Pivot Pin Holder

A quick learner from Chicago says:

I am looking for this pivot pin however, the pin seems to be intergrated with the pin holder and cannot be removed.

The pin is not broken however, the pin holder is which prevents it from staying in place in the window. Please Help
