Pivot Pin for BF Rich Tilt Window

A handy person from north carolina says:

I have not removed the pin from the window sash so am not sure of it's length. The window is in a vacation home so I did not want to take it apart unless necessary. We will be there later this week so let me know if you need more details to identify the part.

Also, the piece that fits across the bottom of the sash has some minor damage so I may replace it, too, if you have a replacement for it. You can see the end that has broken loose from the sash frame in one of the photos.

Thanks,

Mike

Hi there, Mike.

I'm afraid your pivot bar is too obscure for me to identify. We'd be happy to help but we'll need to see photos of it removed from the window to compare to our inventory.

I'm also not sure what piece "that fits across the bottom of the sash" you're referring to. Can you clarify this for me?
