Thanks for posting. It looks like you have a Series 795 balance. This balance sometimes uses pivot bars like our 26-021 or 26-366, but I have no way of knowing if either of these are what you need without seeing an undamaged pivot bar removed from the window--if not from this window, then from an identical window in the house. We should be able to narrow down what pivot bar is best for you from there. The video below shows how to remove and replace rusted pivot bars. Take a look.
