Which part should I order to replace the broken pivot lock shoe? I included a picture of the unbroken one and the connecting piece as well.

Thanks for posting. I believe your pivot shoe is an older version of our 15-215. Remove the pivot shoe and compare with the dimensions below to be sure. If the coil spring the shoe attaches to is torn, you'll need to replace the assembly. See our S140-13 13 pound Coil Balance system. This system comes with the shoe, so you would not need to buy it separately in this instance. Let me know if you have further questions.
