Hello, We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see an intact pivot shoe removed from the window to compare to our inventory. We'll also need you to write out the exact width and thickness to narrow down your options. As for the spiral balances, take a look at the (5/8") S600-19. You'll need to weigh your sash to determine which option you'll need since the white tip is from an outdated system. There is a chart on the product page that explains how to choose your option based on the sash weight. Thank you!
