Pivot shoe for mystery window

Thanks for posting! Your exact coil balance pivot shoe is no longer made however, there is a chance that our 15-199 17/32" Thick Pivot Shoe could work as a replacement for you. Look over the dimensions and compare them to your existing shoe to determine if this will be a fit for your window.

This shoe is compatible with either the 1/2" thick Series 160 Coil Balance or the 3/8" Thick Series 165 Coil Balance. To determine which series you need for your assembly, you'll need to confirm the thickness of your existing springs.

Once you confirmed the series you need, to select the spring strength for your window weight, you'll need to look for any stamps/marking on your coil balances. If there are none, you'll obtain the exact weight of the sash and divide that number by the total number of coils in the window. That will give you the spring strength you need for each coil.
