Plastic Piece

A quick learner from USA says:
Please see the attached pictures. This is what I am trying to get and cannot find it. Part of this one is broken where the screw goes through to attach it.

I do not know the brand of window. The balances I purchased are correct, but I need these plastic pieces to hold them in place
