Plastic screen latch

A home owner from Union, New Jersey says:

I probably need to replace all my screen retaining latches as shown in the attached pics. Installed in my condo around 2000. They seem brittle and expect all of them to break when I remove my screens. I have 5 windows. Please forward any info on these latches and windows.
