Please Help! Which replacement parts do I need?

A landlord from Leesport, PA says:
Hello! I have a lower sash that will not stay open and after online research, found that my coil balance / spring coil is broken on both sides. The top sash functions as it should. The coil says 832 on it. I included photos of the parts I pulled from one side of the window frame?. Can you guide me on what the replacement parts are that I need for this window sash? Thank you! :)

Paul from SWISCO responded:

Hello,

Your pivot shoe resembles the 15-180. The coil spring marked with 832 would be replaced by the S190-840. We offer the 15-186 for a single coil and the 15-181 to support two coil springs. Both clips use the 15-182 bushing. Take a look at these parts and the related items shown on our product pages. Thank you.
