A handy person from NEW JERSEY says:
I need helping finding the same or a similar part that will allow the balance to function normally. This part is the bottom guide for a channel balance 2540. A previous provider had them but have discontinued them and I don't know what will be a best replacement for it. Thank you!

Hi there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid I don't recognize this balance at first glance. I can't promise we'll have a suitable replacement but we'll try our best. Would it be possible for us to see photos of the top fitting? Can you also confirm the length of the metal channel?

A professional from NEW JERSEY says:
Please see pictures of channel balance shoe. Let me know what replacement I may use if you dont carry the same exact.

From your photos and dimensions, I believe you may be able to use the S385-26 which comes attached with the 15-004 bottom shoe (1-3/32" depth) and the 19-005 winged top guide. Based on your old stamp, we recommend the 2540 option for your replacements. A pair of balances with this stamp will support a sash weighing 19 to 25 pounds. Take a look and see what you think.
