Please help identify this handle!

Hello and thanks in advance for any help!

This handle is from a sliding glass door I think from 1971 or 1972. The plastic parts that hold and rotate the lock-pins are both broken. I can't seem to find any indication of brand or model, therefore it's almost impossible to search online for a similar replacement. I've done many image searches with no luck.

The handle set shown in your photos resembles the 82-063 Surface Mount Lock Set. Compare the dimensions below to confirm they match up to yours. If so, then you should be good to go. Thanks for posting!
